This company is terrible. They say they will ship via a requested method (DPP), and then not actually follow the requirements off DPP (insure the shipment.) Our delivery turned up wet, we lost a lot of product/money with this terrible company. Also, don't trust Alibaba "trade assurance", they only assure that a terrible company will get to keep most of the money instead of reimbursing us for our losses. Alibaba did state "we recommend not using freight forwarders, as there are too many problems". Then they don't "assure" you get reimbursed for those problems when they arise. Further, if you say the suggested reimbursement figure is not enough, it doesn't matter, you either accept the loss or get nothing. Never again.
